Dr. Sunita Shukla
Dr. Sunita Shukla is currently working as Professor-SOMS and Director – Admissions & Marketing at ITS Engineering College, Greater Noida, India. She has more than 24 years of experience in Industry, Research, Teaching, Training and Academic Administration. She has been a resource person and a trainer for MDPs at various national and international forums. Her research interests include self-awareness, emotional intelligence, personality and employee engagement. She has written five books and many research papers in the journals of national and international repute and received six best research paper awards at International Conferences.

Prof. Shalu Tyagi is working as an Assistant Professor in the SOMS. She has more than 9 years of experience in Academics. She has completed MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management and Marketing. She organized many national and international conferences. She has a great exposure in administrative work. She is pursuing Ph.D in Management. She completed two levels of Human values and Professional Ethics workshops organized by AKTU. Her major achievements are in field of training and development, performance appraisal, leadership, advertising management etc.
