Hearty Welcome to Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering!

Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering was established in 2006 with the vision to produce technically competent & socially responsible professionals. I proudly share that Department of ECE got further NBA accredited till 2025. I feel privileged to lead a team of highly qualified faculty from reputed institutions such as IITs, NITs etc. with excellent academic credentials. We have skilled supporting staff for the practice courses to ensure quality education. Department is equipped with significant infrastructural design and well-equipped laboratories. Department is also enriched with two well established Centre of Excellences: NI LabView and e-yantra IIT Bombay (Robotics & Embedded System) for imbibing technical competency and skill set to deal with real-time complex problems.

The department perseveres to equip students with capabilities to transcend the boundaries of academic realms. The department has a vibrant IEEE student chapter and an active ENVISION student club which help students to groom as professionals in all aspects of the electrical, electronic, and computing fields and related areas of science and technology with pace of fast changing world.

To bridge Industry-academia gap, department is highly committed by organizing series of Hands-on-workshops, MOOCS courses, Industry expert talks, Industrial visits and training sessions on niche technologies to boost innovation and technological excellence. The students of this department have consistently performed par excellence at fests and events which have tested their ability to integrate their knowledge with innovation and forward thinking.

I am confident that the students of the department would justify the credibility of the department by showing a high level of professional competence in their respective field.
