Fee Refund Policy @ ITS

In case of cancellation of admission, the fee will be refunded as per AICTE notification and G.O. passed by the U.P. Government.

Full deposited fee will be refunded after deduction of Rs. 1000/- as processing charges, if the application for fee refund is received before the start of the session.

Fee deposited at UPSEE during the counseling process shall be claimed from UPSEE/AKTU as per their norms. The institute shall not be accountable/responsible in this regard.

Fee Refund Rules
# Request for Refund Refund Amount
1 Admission cancellation request received before start of academic session. Entire fee after deduction of Rs. 1000/-
2 Admission cancellation request received after start of academic session, subject to seat being filled by the college. Entire fee after deduction of tuition fee on a pro-rata basis.
3 Admission cancellation request received after start of academic session and seat not being filled by the college. Caution Money only.
Hostel Fee Refund Rules
# Request for Refund Refund Amount
a First year students In case a 1st-year student submits an application for leaving the hostel within the first 2 months, charges for only two months hostel fee would be deducted. If the student stays for more than two months, no refund will be given.
b Second & Third year students No refunds for withdrawal.
c Final year students 1. Full payment for the first quarter on the first date of the quarter beginning.
2. From the 2nd quarter onwards (w.e.f. November), students can pay on a monthly basis.
3. Option to leave the hostel after the 1st quarter or continue on a monthly basis.
