Electrical and Electronics Engineering
The EEE department was established in the year 2006 with the goal to sharpen the skills of the students and grooming them to become a confident engineer, ready to face the corporate world outside. The department offers four year Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) program (comprising of eight semesters) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. EE is the basic course, but with advancement of Electrical Technology based on electronics, EE coursework is modified to EEE. This stream is recognized worldwide for its flexibility and academic excellence. The curriculum of B.Tech. program comprises of core courses, department elective courses, open electives, seminar, laboratory experiments and projects. Department has signed MOUs as Training Partner of “Instrumentation Automation Surveillance Communication skill council” (IASC) and “Skill Council for Green Jobs” (SCGJ), NSDC Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India.

Eligibility: Candidate must have passed 10+2 with50% marks in PCM and should qualify UPSEE.
Centre of Excellence:-Apart from regular curriculum labs, department proud to possess Centre of Excellence in Automation Technologies in collaboration with top notch leader.
Rockwell Automation: -The primary objective of this centre is to bridge the technological gap and focus on hands –on training in area of Industrial automation: a critical need for all major recruiters. This centre has Industrial Automation Hardware Module & License based Rockwell Software. Training in Basic PLC, HMI & SCADA, Motion Control, Variable Frequency Drive and Vibration & Redundancy Control is provided for better employability and technical competency.
Placements:-Excellent placement records of EEE Students as many students get two or three offer letter from reputed Companies.
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Skill Sectors:-To upgrade skills to international standards through significant industry involvement, department has signed MOUs as Training Partner of “Instrumentation Automation Surveillance and Communication, Sector Skill Council” (IASC-SSC) and “Skill Council for Green Jobs, SectorSkill Council” (SCGJ-SSC), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, NSDC, Government of India.
Summer Internship: - After completion of six semesters, students are sent for summer internship for six to eight week of duration in reputed industries. This provides them ample opportunity to plan,organize and engage in active learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom.
Industrial visit of the students:-Toprovide an insight of real industrial working environment, regular industrial visitsin each academic sessionare organized in different reputed industries.
Conduct of Conference/Seminar/Workshop: -These activities are conducted in every semester to further broaden the knowledge of the students. Eminent personalities are invited to share their views and guide our students for their future roadmap.
Boot Camp:-The intense boot-camp atmosphere toughens our graduates and makes them ready for employability combat. Focused training program in boot camp by experts of industry and academia is our significant feature.
Spoken English Classes: - To improve spoken English, confidence building classes are being conducted on regular basis by our team of experts. These experts teach the students art of the spoken English with various exercises and techniques to make them confident in spoken English.
Personality Development Programme:-Our experts conduct regular classes and workshops to build up positive attitude and confidence in our students.
Interview Cracking Techniques:- With the help of team of experts, we impart specific training:

THE PLACEMENT OF ALL THE STUDENTS ARE ARRANGED BEFORE THEY COMPLETE THE LAST SEMESTER FROM THE INSTITUTE.
The main purpose of activities club is to improve overall personality. Hence bring students together in various fields of engineering, and help them to develop interpersonal skills needed in the corporate environment. This club is designed to help students to learn more about electrical applications into the presentation, research, design and manufacturing of projects. The club will focus in collaboration with research institutions, colleges and universities to gain understanding in what entities are doing, and networking to further help the electrical engineering program
The EEE club is going to have events all through the year to enable students to gain insights into the latest happenings in the field of Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).Department is running an active IEEE Student Branch for "Power & Energy Society" Chapter, "Women in Engineering" Chapter and IEEE Special Interest Group on Humanitarian Technology (SIGHT).The plethora of activities ranging from research, seminar, conferences, project presentation debates to quiz, games etc. are organized regularly by ERGON club.
