Dr. R P Chadha, Honorable Chairman, ITS - The Education Group contributed Rs. 5.51 lakh for "PM Cares Fund" and cheque has been handed over to Hon'ble General V K Singh, Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways, Government of India.
Today when not only India, the whole world is affected by the ravages of corona virus infection, various types of activities are being conducted by ITS - The Education Group and every effort is being made at their level to make up for this difficult and odd situation. The people who are affected and the section of the society who lacks facilities, their support and basic needs can be met.
It is known that since 1995, ITS - The Education Group has been contributing immensely to such works with the inspiration of Dr. RP Chadha Ji, Chairman. Whether it has been a cyclonic storm in Orissa in the form of a natural disaster in the east, or an earthquake in Bhuj or the tragedy of Kedarnath or the time of Kargil war or whenever there are tough challenges before the country. Yes, ITS - The Education Group has always been alert and prompt about its role. Today, even in this challenging day, as always, various types of programs are being run by the organization at its own level, in which the poor and people with lack of basic facilities and infrastructure, get food every day. Packets and packaged drinking water bottles are being distributed which can give relief to the troubled people!
Mr. Sohil Chadha Ji, Vice Chairman of ITS - The Education Group, who is also the convener of all these social programs, said that many types of programs are being run in Ghaziabad, Murad Nagar, Greater Noida and nearby areas and villages under the inspiration of Dr. RP Chadhaji, Chairman of ITS - The Education Group.
He said that in this asymmetrical situation, we feel our responsibility towards the country and society and stand with the glorious Prime Minister of the country and will contribute whatever is possible at our level! He told that with the help of Ghaziabad District Administration, dry ration is being distributed to poor and needy people in which flour, rice, lentils, salt and oil are being distributed so that the stove are lit in their houses in difficult times. Apart from this, as the information is being received by the District Administration and Civil Defense Department, the distribution of packets of dry ration and prepared food and drinking water is being done regularly! Shri Sohil Chadha Ji, Vice Chairman of ITS - The Education Group assured the district administration of all possible support and said that this program will continue in the entire month of April 14 in Ghaziabad, Murad Nagar and Greater Noida as well as nearby areas!
It is worth mentioning here that in addition to the above works, on the request of the district administration, ITS - The Education Group has all the necessary health facilities in Surya Hospitals, both Murad Nagar and Greater Noida, from April 2, 2020, with the help of 60 - 60 beds. Separate arrangements have been made with the use of quarantine by district administration to the infected or potential patients of this corona virus.
